This course is part of the QA Mental Health First Aid qualification suite, developed by subject matter experts and based on extensive research in the field.

Entry Requirements

Applicants must be at least 16 years of age to enrol.

Expiry

There is no need to renew this qualification. However, it is recommended to stay up to date with the latest best practices in mental health awareness.

Methods of Assessment

Participants will complete a Theory Assessment, consisting of a Multiple Choice Questionnaire.

Certification

Upon successful completion, participants will receive a personalised Qualsafe Introduction to Mental Health in the Workplace (Level 1 RQF) e-Certificate.
