Course Overview

Our Basic Life Support (BLS) Training includes CPR, first aid training, and the safe use of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED), following the Resuscitation Council (UK) guidelines.

We only offer the Basic Life Support Course in group settings. For individual training needs, please book our Emergency First Aid at Work course.

Modules Breakdown

Our training covers a range of topics, including:

What is First Aid?
Providing Basic First Aid
Taking Action During an Emergency
Conducting the Primary Survey and Completing the Secondary Survey

Course Certification

This qualification is valid for three years. To renew the qualification, participants must retake the entire course. We recommend learners attend annual refresher training during the three-year qualification period.

Courses can accommodate up to 12 students, with a minimum participation age of 14.
